I LEARNED TO TAKE CARE OF MYSELF, TO BE CONSCIOUS OF SIGNS THAT POINT TO ME DOING THE OPPOSITE OF SELF-CARE. I LEARNED HOW TO READ MY EMOTIONS, TO PAY ATTENTION TO MY SURROUNDINGS, AND TO BE MORE ASSERTIVE AND STRONG.
